I am Sudhansu Panigrahi — an Executive and Leadership Coach with over three decades of hands-on experience building and leading high-performing organizations across Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharma, Life Sciences, and Telecommunications.

My journey began in technology delivery, took me through VP and Country Head roles at companies like CSG International, UST, Ness Technologies, and iSOFT, and eventually led me to my true calling: helping leaders grow. I have lived the challenges my clients face — from building organizations from scratch to navigating complex stakeholder landscapes under intense pressure.

This lived experience is my coaching superpower. I bring business acumen together with empathy, behavioral science, and structured frameworks to create coaching engagements that are not just inspiring — but measurably impactful.

Beyond coaching, I co-founded an NGO serving the underprivileged and set up a Gavel Club (part of Toastmasters) to help young adults build communication confidence — because great leadership starts with giving back.
